Refund policy

At Lululabel, we want every customer to enjoy a pleasant shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to assist you with an eligible return. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before submitting a request.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In its original condition.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • Free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed
  • Bodysuits
  • Underwear & Lingerie
  • Earrings
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Beauty accessories
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

How to Request a Return

Before returning any merchandise, please contact our Customer Support Team.

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request has been approved, we'll provide the appropriate return instructions and the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Receiving an incorrect item
  • Receiving a damaged product
  • Receiving a defective item

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For added security, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking information, as Lululabel cannot be responsible for return packages lost during transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • Photos of the shipping label

Our Customer Support Team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


Refund Processing

After your returned package has been received and inspected, you'll receive an email confirming the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Return Conditions

Please note the following:

  • Returned merchandise must satisfy all return eligibility requirements.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Returns submitted without prior approval may be refused.
  • Customers should package returned items carefully to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Lululabel reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this Return & Refund Policy.
